How BAD was the DSI TEMPEST Really??!?

*Subjective opinions within, those who do not understand Subjective Opinions may be excused lol*
*All music in this video is 100% DSI Tempest with some Strymon Nightsky for Effect*

So TLDR, the Dave Smith Instruments Tempest isn’t objectively bad, subjectively though it’s one of the most polarizing pieces of equipment I’ve ever come across, and not for the feature set, but for what people were able to get out of it. I think it’s a piece that doesn’t sound how you want it to immediately, work isn’t for everyone, and it isn’t even for me…but I guess you’ll see what I think. I bought my Tempest 7 years ago, If I kept one piece forever it would be this.
